Your Perfect Joker

The vision of what a perfect joker is, so I decided to make a theme so that someone could have a chance to express myself. Perm or paint can be anything. Please apply.

Yes, I forgot to say my heart. In some parts, Joker believes that it should be smarter than Batman. Bruce Wayne is basically a geek, chemist, scientist, and everything. Don't get me wrong, I love the Joker in TAS. Hamill is a god in the flesh. But some people are exaggerating elementally when they say he's actually the best Joker. He wasn't a total killer. He was a psycho, but he was very cheerful, kind, and charming. Last night he looked like "the Joker of millions." He's like the hero of the series! This is great, but... look.

I don't blame Tim or Hamill or anyone else. Being an anime, they were obligated to minimize his murderous tendencies (he tried to make it as bad as he was, or blow up Gotham, or whatever), but for the most part he was soft, like taking the misfortune from Harley. Without the fame of the character (Harley), the comic Joker would have destroyed her head a long time ago.
