Article 1

Introduction

1. The true joint affairs of Merkurxtip A. S. (ID number: 275 83 759, legal address Pláničkova 442/1, Veleslavín, 162 00 Prague 6, hereinafter the "Operator") refer to the affairs within the meaning of § 1751 within the meaning of § 1751 of the Civil Code No. 89/2012 Coll. Article 2

Establishment of contractual relations

7. The contractor declares that the legal ability is not a restricted person, but not a gambling addiction.

8. Limited to the following people:

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Those who have officially registered in accordance with the provisions of the gambling plan,
• The use of sel f-restriction means that participation in technical play has not been temporarily stopped.
• As a result of being listed in the registration book, participation in a chance game has not been temporarily suspended.

9. Participation in online gambling is not allowed to those who are not residents in the Czech Republic specified in Article 4 (2) and (3) of the Gaming Act.

III Article.

1. Article 4.

Depositing currency into a user account
