There are six prizes in the Finnish Lotto lottery, and you can play with the plus numbers to get a 5x win. Apart from this, it is also possible to play the auxiliary games "Joker" and "Double Joker" as well as the main lotto draw.

How to Play

Choose seven amounts from 1 to 40. If they match the winning number played in the lotto you win a prize. The jackpot can be won if all seven main numbers are matched.

You can still play with the plus-numbers for the tool €0, 50. A random amount from 1 to 30 will fall for you, and if it matches the winning number plus, all winnings that are not related to the jackpot you won will be multiplied by 5. In this way, up to €1 million can be added up in the first prize draw. If you match the plus-number without winning almost all of the other prizes, you will receive €5.

Prizes

Some lottery prizes have a fixed amount required, while others are calculated on the pari-mutuel principle. The winning amount for the overlap of 5 and 6, or 6 and the prize, receives a certain percentage from the joint prize fund. The remaining funds pay a fixed prize that covers the jackpot.

The size of the jackpot is derived by the Internet - Veikkaus - lottery provider before the start of the draw. If the jackpot is not won in the offered circulation, it is transferred to the future, for example, until someone wins it.

Joker

Besides Finland Lotto, you can play an additional game called "Joker". To play, you choose seven numbers from 0 to 9. You can choose the same numbers multiple times. On the night of the draw, a seven-digit Joker number is randomly generated, and if the same numbers line up in the same place, you win a prize.

For example, if your Joker number is 1291268, you will win if 1234567 matches three numbers in the same place, 12***6*. The more numbers you match, the bigger the prize.

You can play Joker for €2, and you can play Double Joker for an additional €1. Double Joker is played exactly the same way, but if you match the last digit of the Joker number, the prize you win is doubled.

The Joker prize is a fixed amount. The jackpot amount is set by the lottery provider Veikkaus before the draw begins and is usually €1 million (€2 million for double joker), but can vary from draw to draw.
