This is a difficult and effective project, and everything goes like clockwork: Batman keeps himself where the Joker wants him, until the limit, while passing through one more and more difficult barrier after another, preparing for the final blow.

And he basically decides that the best way to complete this project is to turn into a giant unconscious monster and argue with the guy who just did it, that he's been defeating big monsters for the past 10 hours. Even more silly is that Batman is obliged to earn it by blowing up each individual's fist with a plastic explosive, only for the fact that the people who make up these games apparently believe that's basically how blows work.

To say the least, Batman's character redesign caused a lot of discord, but it turned out that way due to the fact that the producers of the show were given one of the most depressing jobs in animation. It's not enough that they even happened to build their own blemished episodes based on situations that Batman's tricks use from their toy counterparts, they still had the opportunity to work in the shadow of "Batman: The Animated Series", a series that was not only recognized as the best in situations involving Batman and his assailants, but also one of the best cartoons of all time. Trying to recreate this is a pretty tough task.
