Joker
The Joker is a psychopathic anarchist, nihilist and crime lord (self-proclaimed "Chaos Cop") who has reached out to the authorities of the criminal world, causing chaos in Gotham City and forcing Batman to move closer to the line between hero and Avenger.
The Joker has perfected his skills in mind manipulation and tactical planning, and he knew how to adapt to any story of different difficulty and tension and use it to his advantage. His appearance was made of brightly sewn clothes and a face smeared with clown makeup on top of ropes.

Origins and Early life [ ]
"In our time, it is impossible to hide from anyone. Everything has to be created by oneself. Like, right? Everything is fine. I've been preparing. It's a funny world. By the way, can you imagine where this scar came from?" - Heloger [SRC]
As well as the Joker's own testimony, he seems honest about the dangers and their fulfillment, and sometimes contradicts himself when talking about past events in his life, especially how he suffered a wound specific to Harvey Dent's wife. For example, she firmly and intimated him not to worry, telling him to "smile more". This advice went off the rails when he had a premonition that her personality was being chipped away by the moneylender's artists and that, in fact, the couple had almost no money to pay for the operation. In a desperate attempt to convince his wife that he is not actually worried about the damage done to her appearance, the Joker takes a razor and trims his own cheeks in the days of Rasa al Locota, scaring Harvey Denta about public order and control; no one gets in trouble for running over a truck with a hunter. But threatening the life of the mayor causes a storm of anger.
Batman Begins [ ]
Take this young man. Armed robbery, double murder. There are theatrical lovers like you. Leaves - James Gordon - Batman [SRC]
Shortly after the death of Ra's al Ghul, Batman discussed with Lieutenant James Gordon the effect that Batman had made on Gotham City since his appearance. Gordon then revealed that a criminal with "a taste for theatrics" had recently committed a double homicide and an armed robbery and left behind a Gotham General Hospital and on two The Dark Knight [ ]
Personality [ ]
The Joker was the personification of anarchy, disorder, death, destruction, nihilism, and recklessness. However, the Joker himself basically compensated that he was not a calculated being, but a being who was quick "before the event". This proved to be true, but only to a certain extent, as the Joker was simply an intelligent strategist who could get into people's minds, predict their influence, and work out the right intentions. He could outline his actions in The Dark Knight, and he could also ad-lib when necessary. He easily got under people's skin, and easily took the opportunity to manipulate them, and succumbed to corruption. Apart from this, the Joker knew how to manipulate unstable people (who he used as a gift support and for parts of his intentions that needed expendables) by transforming them to a mental level, and actually promised to free them from psychological challenges. For example, when the Joker threw the Chechen, the Joker was enraged that the Chechen called him that, and in response to the conquest of his crime organization, he gave the order to cut him into pieces and feed him to his own personal dogs. But what cannot be ignored here is that the Joker was actually insane when he was defeated by Batman.
The most heart-stopping incompetence for self-defense was when Harvey handed the revolver to the Joker at the clinic, a case in which Harvey, while hoping to actually defend his philosophy of anarchy, had the power to send him to his head and endanger his own life. Not everyone does, but the Joker had his finger in front of the trigger of the gun to be inconspicuous. When Harvey shoots the gun, the Joker removes his finger. Separately, when Harvey gives the Joker a coin and declares that he will actually die if the coin falls on the wrong side, the Joker says "Now we say!" in a somewhat lofty tone.
The Joker showed all the signs of an antisocial personality, boldly disregarding laws and social norms with universally recognized standards, going beyond mere deviant behavior. The Joker still stood out for his low level of inhibitions and not adhering to the status quo. They are driven by something other than greed, and how he complained to the perpetrators of the MCU and said that his influence is "not for money." "He used the funds stolen from the Gotham State Bank to build his own suit, buy ammunition and guns, and hire others to create his personal gang, in order to gain control of the Gotham infrastructure and the downfall of the Mafia power, as the Mafia agents were elementally applied by the Joker as tools," he said. When Batman questioned him, the Joker said that he "had to go back to raiding Mafia dealers," showing how, without Batman, in fact, he wasn't bothering him enough.
The Joker was still quite literary in his own words, allowing him to carry out the breach, including changing his minions, but on a technical level, given to contain his text. The last line appeared more clearly when the Joker, angry at the Chechen, told him that he himself was actually a text man. When the Joker told him that he was basically going to fall asleep, the Joker actually acknowledged that it was really so, and he later gave the insight that he just wanted to burn that half of the funds that went to Lau's release. The Joker did this quite often, and his business card was basically a declaration of being "a man who walks the talk."
The Joker puts on his boots every day, licking them slightly as he makes the chewing motion with his mouth, likely due to the scars.
